1. Look at Fairy House examples for inspiration. There are pictures of some in our video slideshow below.
2. Draw or make a list of features you would like to include in your own little house.
Ideas include:
A garden
A pond
A bench
A hammock
Beds
A round door
A swing
A ladder
A flower garden
3. Collect or buy supplies you will need.
For example:
A gift box/ shoe box with lid
String
Lollipop sticks
Pipe cleaners
Cardboard
Small pebbles
Artificial plants/ flowers
Paint
Glue
Beads
Tape
4. Create your own mini house. (Our homes are for indoor use because we didn't make them from natural materials but you could make a home for the garden using sticks etc. instead.)
